Jake Gentz began his career in home remodeling in 1999, building a reputation for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. In 2004, he built his first custom home, marking a significant milestone and expanding his passion for creating thoughtfully designed living spaces. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience, Jake founded JakePlaces in 2017 with a vision of providing clients with exceptional design, remodeling, and custom home services. Today, that same commitment to quality, timeless design, and personalized service continues to guide every project. Outside of work, Jake is a proud father and grandfather who enjoys family time and Florida beaches!
As the founder of JakePlaces and a licensed Residential and Commercial General Contractor, Jake brings decades of experience, expertise, and dedication to every project. He remains personally involved throughout the building process, ensuring that quality and attention to detail are reflected in every aspect of the finished space.
